OAR 462, Division 160 Rule Amendments
During the March 20, 2008 meeting, the commission voted to adopt the proposed permanent rule amendments to OAR 462-160-0110, 0120, & 0130. (The temporary rules were previously adopted at the November 15, 2007 commission meeting.)
